Fully Hisuian Starters is a Cobblemon resource pack that changes the appearance of Hisui-biased Cyndaquil, Quilava, Rowlet, Dartrix, Oshawott, and Dewott to resemble their respective final evolutions. It is a resource pack rather than a datapack, so it can also be used on servers; the Pokémon can be found in the wild in their respective biomes or selected from the Hisui section of the starter menu.
