Jaden's Nether Pack is an archived, deprecated OptiFine resource pack that reworks the look of the Nether while leaving vanilla assets in place; it uses features such as connected textures and custom item and mob textures, with an optional datapack for additional world and gameplay changes. Its visual additions span Nether plants, foods, materials and building blocks, including Crimson Raspberries and bushes, raspberry dye and pie, Soul Currants, hanging Warped Warts, Basalt Dust and Dust Stone, Brimstone and Soulslate blocks, and expanded Blackstone and Quartz building sets. The pack also changes the Nether's atmosphere with biome-specific lava colors, glowing eyes for Piglin- and Hoglin-related mobs, smaller potion particles, redesigned Ghasts, and fiery Crimson Forest details; rare tuskless Hoglins provide a small visual variation. With the optional datapack, players can encounter additions such as the Magma Springs biome and its passive Baby Ghasts and weaker Cinders, the Crimera and its strength-granting but harmful tentacle, Lost Souls and their Ichor and Moody variants, Possessed skeletons, and Wraiths that summon fire. The datapack also adds Soul Crimson and Soul Warped Forests, naturally generating Basalt Spikes, and Nether advancements; its world-generation changes include lighting the tops of Huge Fungi in Crimson Forests and Scarlet Ore, which currently behaves like redstone ore. The pack includes custom item appearances with naming-based options, such as pride-themed Elytras renamed at an anvil and Hogham obtained by renaming Steak or Golden Carrots.

We checked what is inside its files, without opening them in the game.
Why we show this: a resource pack cannot run programs, but its file can hide one. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade.
Sends nothing
A resource pack has no code that can connect to the internet, so it cannot send anything about you.
No sign that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its texts, files and images and found none.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
