    About

    Superior Scrolls is a resource pack that replaces the textures and names of Minecraft books with scrolls, covering regular and enchanted books, books and quills, signed books, recipe books, and the books shown on lecterns and enchanting tables. For decorative builds, renaming items with an anvil can produce 3D scrolls for item frames, including ancient, enchanted, tattered, and colored scrolls, scroll piles, and a random scroll pile. The pack also reskins parchment and quills, and its gallery shows changes to the book and recipe-book interfaces, bookshelves, lecterns, and enchanting table, which is presented as a runescribing table. The 3D item customization is decorative; on older versions it requires a CIT mod, while newer versions provide the feature in vanilla.
