Broglis Plants adds unusual plants and plant-like features to Minecraft’s swamps, mangrove swamps, dark oak forests, and jungles. In normal and mangrove swamps, flytraps snap at nearby players and monsters, sundews slow entities with their stickiness, and hungry pitfall plants can be fed any vanilla meat item to produce a bone. Dark oak forests contain decorative mandrake roots that cry out when uprooted near players or monsters, while jungle stinky flowers release nauseating spores when approached. Jungles also grow sandbox trees, whose poisonous thorns cover the trunks and whose explosive seed pods can fall on creatures passing beneath them. Totem poles combine sandbox logs, thorns, and a totem face; players can strip sandbox logs with an axe to make totem blocks, then strip them repeatedly to carve different designs. Giant lily pads grow along swamp and jungle shores and banks, expanding to full size at the water’s surface when there is enough room.
Written from Modrinth . How we write it
Does not change the game's code directly.
Adds 16 blocks, 1 mob, 1 projectile, 1 loot table and 6 sounds.
Counted from the names and data files in the mod, so the list may not be complete.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its texts, files, images and sounds and found none.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
