Broadcasts messages when Cobblemon creatures are caught, spawned, or defeated.
46.6 of the 71 points that apply = 66 out of 100. The points above are rounded to whole numbers.
CobbleCast broadcasts messages about Cobblemon events, helping players and server communities see when Pokémon are captured, spawned, or fainted. You can toggle notifications for normal Pokémon, shinies, Legendary Pokémon, and Ultra Beasts, and configure message templates and Pokémon labels such as SHINY, LEGENDARY, and ULTRA BEAST. Spawn messages can include details such as the Pokémon’s name, rarity tags, IV summary, nature, level, abilities, related player, nearby player, biome, and world coordinates. The mod also supports sending capture, fainting, spawn, and release notifications to Discord through configurable webhooks.
Written from Modrinth and CurseForge . How we write it
Does not change the game's code directly.
Adds no new blocks, items or other content.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
cobblecast-2.0.0.jar, CurseForge cobblecast-2.0.0.jar. 8 classes changed, 1 class only in the CurseForge file, 5 classes only in the Modrinth file, in ca.skynetcloud: CobbleCast$Companion, CobbleCast, CobbleCaptureEvent$captureInit$1, CobbleCaptureEvent, CobbleConfig$CobbleCaptureConfig, CobbleConfig$CobbleFaintedConfig, CobbleConfig$CobbleReleaseConfig, CobbleConfig$CobbleSpawnConfig, CobbleCaptureEvent$formatString$1 (CurseForge only), CobbleCaptureEvent$EntriesMappings (Modrinth only), CobbleCaptureEvent$captureInit$1$EntriesMappings (Modrinth only), CobbleCaptureEvent$formatPokemonAbilityName$1 (Modrinth only) and 2 more.We found nothing it sends about you
We read its code without running it: it contacts 1 web address while you play.
Like any connection, each address it contacts sees your IP address.
Its files for older Minecraft versions (1.19.2) also send unknown data.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign so far that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its description, files and images and found none.
We have not read its changelogs and code history yet.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.

39 modpacks include CobbleCast in at least one of their versions. Here are the 30 most downloaded.
Mods that modpacks often add together with CobbleCast. Share: how many of the modpacks with CobbleCast also have that mod.
The newest file for each Minecraft version and loader. The files for recent versions come first. Recent versions: those released in the last 2 years, plus 1.20.1 and 1.21.1, among the most played in modpacks.
In the last 2 years, 1 release needed a quick fix: a new release within 3 days to fix a problem. This counts in the grade, but it is too few to lose points.
