Copper Technologies brings computers, communications, appliances, metallurgy, and other modern-style technologies into Minecraft while retaining a vanilla-inspired feel. Players can assemble computers from components and use them to browse in-game internet resources, access applications, manage redstone mechanisms and automated farms, and interact with shops and banking systems. Phones provide features such as statistics, time displays, and player-to-player SMS, while printers can produce wall art and televisions can receive programming from a player-built station. TV stations let players prepare video discs and record music for broadcasts, then create news, message players, play music, and show movies. Players can also build radio stations with control panels, analyzers, receivers, and radio towers to broadcast music, coordinates, or distress signals. The mod adds usable household appliances, including microwaves for cooking and washing machines, refrigerators, and other interior furnishings. Copper smelting supports metal alloys such as copper-iron and copper-gold, while copper tools can oxidize and lose efficiency unless protected with resin; upgraded copper armor also gains visual changes and improved protection. Additional systems include staged achievements, cooking recipes and canned foods, traps and modular defensive turrets, and a research progression involving nuclear power, radiation precautions, and a station for creating an End Portal.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.19.2.
Does not change the game's code directly.
Adds 278 blocks, 324 items, 4 entities, 1 dimension, 205 recipes, 50 advancements, 1 loot table, 66 sounds and 2 key bindings.
Counted from the names and data files in the mod, so the list may not be complete.
Replaces 1 of vanilla Minecraft's structures.
No harmful code found
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.19.2.
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.19.2.
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign so far that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its description, files, images and sounds and found none.
We have not read its changelogs yet.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
