Create: Power Grid adds physics-based electricity simulation to Create, letting players build power-generation and distribution networks governed by circuit behavior rather than treating electricity as a simple fuel source. Generators and solar panels supply power, and circuits must form closed loops for current to flow; Ohm’s law, junction rules, voltage, and resistance shape how the grid performs, with higher voltage moving more power at lower losses. Players must balance production and demand to keep voltage stable, since unstable power can damage equipment and nearby surroundings. Electricity can run portable drills and saws, an energy-powered Electro-Zapper, modular displays for numbers and text, tall-building factory lights, crop-growth lamps, light bulbs, voltage-controlled alarm bells, and basin heaters as an alternative to blaze burners. Electric motors power Create machinery, while servos use voltage signals to control position for doors and other precise mechanisms. The Circuit Design Table lets players lay out components and conductive traces, etch the design onto a blank board, then assemble custom functional single-block circuit boards. Device connectors allow the grid to power blocks that use FE, and an FE inverter converts power in the opposite direction. In-game Ponder documentation introduces the basic physics and helps players learn how to build and operate their electrical systems.

Changes the game's code in 5 areas: Mobs and their behaviorChanges 3 game code files in this area: mobs, animals, villagers, projectiles and how they move and act., Rendering and graphicsChanges 1 game code file in this area: drawing mobs, items, particles and textures on screen., PlayerChanges 1 game code file in this area: your character: movement, abilities, hunger and controls., Blocks and fluidsChanges 1 game code file in this area: how blocks, fluids and redstone work. and Chunk loading and storageChanges 1 game code file in this area: how the game loads, tracks, saves and unloads chunks..
Adds 77 blocks, 56 items, 1 projectile, 4 other entities, 113 recipes, 20 advancements, 35 sounds and 6 key bindings.
Counted from the names and data files in the mod, so the list may not be complete.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its texts, files, images, sounds and code history and found none.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.

The newest file for each Minecraft version and loader. The files for recent versions come first. Recent versions: those released in the last 2 years, plus 1.20.1 and 1.21.1, among the most played in modpacks.
In the last 2 years, 10 releases needed a quick fix: a new release within 3 days to fix a problem. This lowers the grade by 5 points.
