Create: Storage expands Create with storage and item-handling blocks, wearable backpacks, and automation designed to fit into Create’s mechanical systems and visual style. Its Storage Boxes come in Cardboard, Industrial or Weathered Iron, Andesite, Copper, Brass, and Hardened variants, with Create filter slots, front displays for item counts and fullness, and indicator lights; Simple Storage Boxes instead hold one item type, start at up to 2,048 items, and can gain capacity or void excess items with upgrades. A Reserve Barrel stores assorted items while reserving minimum amounts of selected items, letting automation use only the surplus while players and Deployers can still take stock for tasks such as replanting a farm. Simple Storage Boxes can be joined with Storage Trim and a Storage Controller to form a shared network, so players and automation can access their contents through a central point; Storage Interfaces provide automated input and output, with a filtered version for selective transfers. Backpacks in Industrial Iron, Andesite, Copper, Brass, and Hardened tiers have main storage, a tool compartment protected from automation, and six upgrade slots, while their storage capacity per slot increases with tier. Backpack upgrades add functions such as collecting nearby items, refilling held items, swapping tools, feeding the player, mining ore clusters, placing torches, crafting, and preventing fall damage; other options include a Create-fueled jetpack and a portable workshop with a Deployer and Mechanical Press. A basic Passer transfers items directly between adjacent containers, one at a time, while a Smart Passer adds filtering, adjustable transfer amounts of up to 64 items, and the ability to stop when powered by redstone. The mod also supports configuration and datapack or resource-pack customization, including changing backpack upgrades, ore-mining targets, jukebox buffs, backpack models, and settings such as magnet range and storage-network range.
Written from Modrinth . How we write it
Changes the game's code in 3 areas: Inventory and itemsChanges 2 game code files in this area: items, chests and other containers, crafting and enchanting., Mobs and their behaviorChanges 2 game code files in this area: mobs, animals, villagers, projectiles and how they move and act. and PlayerChanges 1 game code file in this area: your character: movement, abilities, hunger and controls..
Adds 44 blocks, 36 items, 1 entity, 65 recipes and 4 key bindings.
Counted from the names and data files in the mod, so the list may not be complete.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its texts, files, images and code history and found none.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
