Domestication Innovation makes tameable mobs more useful companions by improving how they behave and interact with the world, expanding which vanilla animals can be tamed, and adding tools and systems for caring for pets. Wolves, cats, parrots, axolotls, rabbits, and foxes can switch between wandering, staying, and following; the mod also lets players tame axolotls with tropical fish, foxes through breeding, rabbits with hay bales, and frogs with spider eyes. During combat, the owner’s attacks and projectiles pass through their tamed pets unless the owner is sneaking, and Sweeping Edge no longer harms them. Craftable, dyeable pet beds let pets set a respawn point and return at dawn after dying, while a Wayward Lantern helps lost pets in follow mode find their way back when they have been unloaded far from their owner. A Feather on a Stick lures the nearest pet toward it, making it easier to move a companion out of a tight spot or onto its bed. Other additions include rotten apples that can turn tamed horses into zombie horses, sinister carrots that can turn zombie horses into skeleton horses or rabbits into stronger Killer Rabbits, and Animal Tamers who trade animal-related goods and pet enchantments. Players can command groups of their pets to follow, stay, or wander with a redstone-operated Command Drum, and transfer a pet’s ownership to another player with a Deed of Ownership. The pet enchanting system uses renameable Collar Tags that can be enchanted and fitted to pets, granting abilities such as extra health, projectile deflection, chain lightning, item retrieval, ore detection, healing auras, and protection from explosions; four curses can also bring drawbacks. Most features beyond the command system, including pet beds and enchantments, can also work with tameable mobs from other mods, such as those in Alex’s Mobs.

Counted from the names and data files in the mod, so the list may not be complete.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its texts, files, images, sounds and code history and found none.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
