    EnergySynergy automatically converts Tesla and Forge energy to RF and EU in machines and items, so powered machines can work together without players manually handling energy-system conversions. Conversion happens without dedicated converter blocks, and Tesla or Forge energy converts to RF at a 1:1 rate and to EU at a 4:1 rate by default. You can configure or disable conversion options, including the Tesla/Forge-to-EU rate; conversion in the reverse direction, from RF or EU to Tesla or Forge, is not supported.
