    About

    Extreme Sound Muffler is a client-side mod for selectively reducing or silencing Minecraft sounds through a screen that lets you browse sounds, preview them, and adjust their volume. For sound control in a specific area, it provides up to ten per-world anchors, each with a configurable position and radius of up to 32 blocks. Configuration options include blacklisting sounds or mods, setting a default muffling volume, disabling anchors or the inventory button, and choosing where the muffler and playback controls appear.
