    About

    Forgotten Ruins adds handcrafted temples and sanctuaries to jungle, swamp, and mangrove biomes, with dark, decayed architecture designed to blend into those landscapes. Each ruin is a distinct mini-dungeon with its own layout, lore, and dangers, asking players to explore, climb through parkour, evade traps, and confront ancient defenses. Guardian golems serve as silent sentinels, with some still watchful and others unstable. The ruins contain thematic loot such as damaged relics, cursed treasures, forgotten weapons, and potions, with rare rewards for reaching their hearts, including worn legendary armor, gold, and enchanted relics tied in part to Armor of the Ages. The mod requires Dawn of Time and Armor of the Ages, and its worldbuilding also complements Ancient Structures.
