SUPERIOR RPG is a multiplayer-minded RPG modpack that reshapes exploration and combat around a large questline, character builds, bosses, and gear progression. Its world generation is overhauled, and more than 500 quests guide players through encounters with over 100 bosses, including reworked fights such as the Warden and the Watcher from Alex’s Caves. Players can choose from 14 classes, develop through a custom XP and skill interface, and combine more than 250 custom abilities with skill totems to create hybrid builds. The pack adds over 30 summonable pets, including snakes, Soul Vultures, snow leopards, tigers, Tusklins, and Teletors, alongside mechanics such as spellcasting pets and pet progression. A large shop offers hundreds of items, while lootboxes, inventory upgrades, expanded Curio slots, and custom recipes add further ways to manage resources and progression. Gear can be modified through systems inspired by action RPGs, with modular weapons and armor that can gain levels, as well as item orbs for transferring weapon experience or clearing affixes. Players can also find custom weapons, Curios, and potion effects with distinctive traits, and face bosses with varied combinations and gameplay modifiers such as spellcasting enemies, invisible spiders, and nuclear creepers.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
The mods of its newest release (Minecraft 1.20.1 · Forge, 30 Jun 2026). Each check result is for the latest files of that mod, which may not be the version in this pack.
1 file not listed: no matching project found.
Compared with the release of 9 Jun 2026 for the same platform, Minecraft version and loader. We do not compare the versions of the projects yet.
No harmful code found in the projects we checked
We checked 395 of its 405 projects and the files in the pack itself, without running them.
Why we show this: a modpack installs the files of its mods, and each mod runs on your computer like any program. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: a modpack has no grade of its own, and each mod's result counts in that mod's grade.
9 mods send something about you
We read the code of 357 of its 360 mods, without running it.
Why we show this: a modpack runs the code of its mods, and a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
AI used in 24 of the 298 mods we checked
We found an AI tool in them, or their authors declared AI content.
62 mods are not checked yet.
Made with AI: not checked yet
We have not looked for AI tools in the pack itself yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
