Gamingbarn’s Guns is a combat-focused datapack that adds firearms, medical items, tactical equipment, and automated defenses to Minecraft. Its 15 firearms span affordable Standard guns modeled on real-world weapons and costly laser weapons, offering contrasting tradeoffs in range, damage, firing speed, and effectiveness against armor. Named examples include the Pistol, Assault Rifle, Shotgun, Sniper Rifle, Bazooka, Flamethrower, Minigun, Laser Pistol, Laser Rifle, Assault Laser Rifle, and Laser Cannon; the Ray Gun also has five modes tuned for different combinations of range, damage, firing speed, and multi-target or explosive attacks. Guns have distinct ammunition and handling characteristics, and players fire them with a click and reload using the offhand-swap control. The nine medical supplies combine healing with combat buffs or status-effect protection: bandages restore health over time, the Medkit also clears negative effects, and craftable syringes provide effects such as regeneration, absorption, speed, resistance, health boost, and poison and wither removal. Two Laser Shield items provide substantial temporary health boosts, with the stronger version offering a longer-lasting, larger boost at a high resource cost. Tactical equipment includes remotely detonated C4, contact-triggered landmines, and throwables such as the damaging Pipe Bomb, fire-spreading Molotov, block-damaging Grenade, and status-effect-inflicting Chemical Grenade. Three defensive turrets target monsters or players and can be repaired, salvaged, or configured to choose their targets; the Auto Turret emphasizes range and damage, while the Sentry and Perdition can hide underground, and the Perdition also fires incendiary projectiles.
Written from Modrinth . How we write it
Does not change the game's code directly.
Adds 1 enchantment, 52 recipes, 6 advancements, 50 loot tables and 51 sounds.
Counted from the names and data files in the mod, so the list may not be complete.
Replaces 4 of vanilla Minecraft's enchantments and 3 models.
No harmful code found
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its texts, files, images and sounds and found none.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.

More modpacks put it in their new versions than a year ago: 7 a month now, 1 a year agoThe average of the last 6 months, compared with the same 6 months a year before. We say it only when the change is large..
82 modpacks include Gamingbarn's Guns in at least one of their versions. Here are the 30 most downloaded.
Mods that modpacks often add together with Gamingbarn's Guns. Share: how many of the modpacks with Gamingbarn's Guns also have that mod.
The newest file for each Minecraft version and loader. The files for recent versions come first. Recent versions: those released in the last 2 years, plus 1.20.1 and 1.21.1, among the most played in modpacks.
In the last 2 years, 1 release needed a quick fix: a new release within 3 days to fix a problem. This counts in the grade, but it is too few to lose points.
