    About

    Hoofprint is a client-side map frontend for Surveyor Map Framework that renders explored world data as a minimalist, vanilla-style map and lets players view and edit waypoints. It offers both a vanilla map appearance and a game-accurate style with biome colors, lighting, and transparent water; configuration can also adjust rendering, select a lightmap, and set dimension-specific height and lightmap overrides. Players can place and customize waypoints shown as recolorable banner icons, items, or blocks, inspect block details on the map, and view a basic cave layer or maps of other dimensions. When Surveyor is installed on the server, Hoofprint supports map and waypoint sharing and global player positions; it also migrates waypoints from Xaero's Minimap saves and integrates with Waystones and OPAC. Its save format is shared with Antique Atlas 4.
