    IC2C UU-Matter is an IC2-Classic addon that makes the creation of UU-Matter and Plasma Cells discoverable through two new JEI recipe categories. The Mass Fabricator category displays the machine tier, optional amplifiers, supported EU per packet, and energy required to produce UU-Matter. The Plasmafier category shows its machine tier and EU-per-packet capacity, along with the processing time for Plasma Cells in game ticks. Players can view these pages by using JEI's recipe display on UU-Matter or Plasma Cells.
