Fight a powerful idol worshipped by Illagers in a tower.

Idolizing adds a boss encounter centered on the Illagers’ Idol, with an exploration and combat progression leading to its lair. Players can discover a rare Obelisk in the depths of Dark Oak Forests, guarded by Illagers, and use an emerald key to open the upper area where the Idol rests. The Obelisk is a perilous tower defended by Illagers, including evokers, and the Guardian of the Idol, a powerful Iron Golem descendant; reaching its summit leads to the final summoners and the dormant Idol. Destroying the Idol’s altar awakens it and begins a multi-phase fight featuring charging and aerial slam attacks, teleportation, summoned allies, and clones that change how the boss can be targeted. Across the fight, the Idol can summon evoker fangs and Vex, create harmless decoy clones, and produce stationary bombs that explode on contact; in its final phase it retains its later attacks and gains a slow, high-damage mode. Defeating the Idol grants its eye, which can be used to craft the Idol bench, a block that awards experience in exchange for emeralds or Totems of Immortality. The bench can also grant the Holy Blade, a powerful sword that deals 14 attack damage, calls down lightning and levitates opponents, can summon evoker fangs when used on a block, and boosts speed and jump when used in the air.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.16.5.
Does not change the game's code directly.
Adds 11 blocks, 8 items, 2 mobs, 1 projectile, 2 other entities, 2 recipes and 7 advancements.
Counted from the names and data files in the mod, so the list may not be complete.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.16.5.
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.16.5.
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign so far that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its description, files and images and found none.
We have not read its changelogs yet.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
