    About

    Stalwart Dungeons is an adventure mod built around challenging boss dungeons, where players explore dangerous structures and take on bosses for distinctive loot. It adds the Awful Dungeon in the Soul Sand Valley and Warped Forest, the Keeping Castle in the Nether Wastes and Crimson Forest, and an End dungeon in the Void and Midlands. The Awful Dungeon features Incomplete Withers, Reinforced Blazes, burning and pushing traps, and the Awful Ghast, a two-phase boss whose attacks can disable held items; defeating it yields Awful Crystals and an Awful Gun. Tungsten ore found there can be made into tools and armor that protect against Wither and Burn effects. In the Keeping Castle, approaching statues awaken as Giddy Blazes, while the Nether Keeper inflicts spores, summons allies at half health, and drops an Ancient Fire that can smelt an offhand item or make the ore-melting Nether Hammer. The castle also contains Spore Vaporizers, which spread a contaminating cloud that can be bottled and used on other mobs, and transient-block doors that can be triggered manually or with redstone to vanish briefly. The End dungeon is home to flying Propulks and the Shelterer, a boss that becomes invulnerable inside an energetic shulker box and can only be harmed with explosions; players can use devices such as the Obsidian Striker and Shulker Cannon to attack it. Chorundum ore provides tools and armor that protect against Levitation, while Void Crystals can be used to craft teleporters that store and send players to saved coordinates. The mod also adds wood, stone, iron, gold, diamond, and tungsten hammers, which can be enchanted to call down lightning when the player sneaks and hits an enemy.
