About
JourneyMap Waypoint Syncing was created to keep a player's JourneyMap waypoints available across devices when joining the same server. It syncs waypoint data and groups through the player's account UUID, so the server acts as a shared store; it does not sync JourneyMap settings. The mod integrates with JourneyMap and can run in the background, with a configuration page in JourneyMap's addon section. JMWS has been discontinued: JourneyMap now provides native server-side waypoint syncing, and existing JMWS waypoints and groups can migrate automatically when the player joins with both mods installed on the server and client.
