MCA: Reputation is an add-on for Minecraft Comes Alive: Reborn that tracks each player’s public standing separately in every village, complementing rather than replacing individual villagers’ hearts and relationships. Meaningful deeds, including assaulting or killing villagers, completing or failing quests, finishing projects, resolving situations, and keeping or breaking promises, are recorded in a history that explains the village’s opinion; routine trading, gifts, and conversation clicks do not earn reputation. Nearby villagers can witness incidents when they are close enough and have line of sight, then gradually spread what they saw as rumors, so an unwitnessed incident does not immediately affect public standing and residents may learn about the same deed at different times. Standing can rise or fall through named tiers from Infamous to Revered, while some incidents fade over time and negative deeds can be softened through apologies, atonement, or forgiveness without erasing the record. A dedicated Standing screen shows reputation scores and tiers, progress, earned titles, remembered deeds, their current effects, and how incidents have been resolved; players can also inspect village-by-village standing and who knows about each deed. Optional integrations let MCA: Quests connect quest, project, and situation outcomes to standing and offer restitution quests, while MCA: Conversations can make villagers’ trust checks and dialogue reflect reputation and deeds they have heard about. MCA: Crime can coordinate the detection of villager assaults and killings with Reputation, preventing the same event from being recorded and penalized twice. Server configuration can tune reputation behavior, incident detection, witnesses, rumor timing, and integrations, while datapacks can define incident types, tier ladders, titles, reputation values, decay, and resolution effects.
Written from CurseForge and the GitHub README . How we write it
Not checked yet
We have not checked its files for recent Minecraft versions yet.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We have not read its code yet
What it sends is not known yet.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign so far that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its texts and found none.
We have not read its files, images, sounds and code history yet.
AI in the game: not checked yet
We have not read its code for AI yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
