    About

    Melter Block adds a machine that melts eligible blocks into fluids, providing a way to produce resources such as lava from cobblestone and water from snow or ice. Insert recipe-matched blocks by dropping them into the machine or feeding them in with pipes; holding a block and right-clicking does not insert it. The melter needs heat, with sources ranging from torches, campfires and lava to Create blaze burners, whose heat output varies with their state. Recipes can be added or customized with datapack JSON files or KubeJS, including processing times and optional minimum heat requirements. When Productive Bees is installed, honey blocks can also be melted into honey, and Create is optional but enables blaze burners as heat sources.
