Panda's Extra Details is a client-side mod that adds small animations and visual details to blocks that otherwise lack them. It is intended for use with resource packs that change textures or otherwise support the mod, but not packs that replace affected blocks with custom vanilla models. The project is described as currently broken and undergoing a rewrite, so its existing features may not work reliably.
