    About

    Patched is a Minecraft mod that lets data packs, resource packs, and compatible mods change selected parts of JSON files instead of replacing whole files, helping separate packs’ edits coexist and reducing maintenance when unrelated file content changes. Packs can use it to add or remove biome world-generation features, advancement criteria, and loot-table entries, modify recipes, or apply conditional changes based on loaded mods or configuration options. Its dynamic patching can apply one patch across multiple matching files, such as adding an ore to many biomes, while mod integrations can supply tests or configuration-derived values for patches to use. Commands let users inspect which packs and patches are active, view patch contents, and dump files with changes attributed to the packs that made them.
