Pedestals is a modular automation mod built around configurable pedestals that display items and help move, sort, store, and process items, fluids, energy, and experience between inventories, machines, the world, and players. Its functional upgrades cover tasks such as importing and exporting items, filtering and restocking, magnet collection, smelting, crushing, crafting, and working with blocks through placers, breakers, and quarry-style tools. Crafter upgrades check inventories beneath a pedestal for recipes, while a separate crafting setup can use selected pedestals as ingredients and supports grids up to 6 by 6. Work cards and selection tools let upgrades target chosen areas or block locations, and linking tools can connect pedestals into larger sorting or collection systems. Experience-focused upgrades can collect and store XP, fill bottles, repair equipment, enchant items, or turn removed enchantments into stored experience. Pedestals can be placed on walls or ceilings and underwater, and come in 64 dye-mixed colors; upgrades and augments add options for transfer speed, capacity, range, storage, filtering, and visual effects. Energy upgrades form a Pedestal Energy Network that can store and relay power between connected pedestals, as well as supply energy-consuming processing upgrades. The mod also supports entity-facing automation, including collecting XP and targeting entities for upgrade effects, with filters available to narrow some targets.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
Does not change the game's code directly.
Adds 1 block, 94 items and 332 recipes.
Counted from the names and data files in the mod, so the list may not be complete.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign so far that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its description, files and images and found none.
We have not read its changelogs yet.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
