About
Pet Shop adds a village-based way to adopt and care for custom pets, with cats, dogs, parrots, dragons, and miscellaneous pets available through pet items traded from a Pet Supplier villager. Pets have stay, follow, and wander modes, along with hunger and thirst that you manage using pet bowls, kibble, and water. Cats and dogs can sleep in pet beds and play fetch with tennis balls; dogs can also dig up suspicious blocks, while parrots can perch on a player’s shoulder or be kept in bird cages. You can attract pets with species-specific treats and customize them with hats, collars, or boots at a Grooming Station, using wool to pay for the cosmetics.
