    About

    PokeBike adds rideable, Pokémon-inspired bicycles for travel in Cobblemon and Pixelmon packs, adventure maps, RPG worlds, and multiplayer servers. Players can choose from four standard colors and two visual styles, with optional client-side appearance overrides; bikes feature animated wheels and pedaling, a leaning turn, light dust, a bell, and a working front light. An optional durability system lets bikes take damage from hard falls and, if enabled, lava; worn bikes lose performance, and broken ones must be repaired with a Bike Wrench or directly from the inventory. For mapmakers, placed bikes can become named decorative props, organized into groups, and moved, aligned, duplicated, inspected, exported, or imported with editing tools and commands. Creators can also provide preset decorative-bike placements through configuration, keep those separate from manual world placements, and reapply presets by version, making it easier to build bike shops, rental stations, town scenes, race routes, event areas, and adventure hubs. Multiplayer options include synchronized movement and speed, optional return of a bike to its rider’s inventory on dismount, and server control over whether players can customize bike visuals.
