Pokefun SMP is a Cobblemon modpack built around a public multiplayer Pokémon world, bringing catching, battling, breeding, and progression together with an in-game player economy and trading. Pokémon across the Pokédex are available, including Legendaries, Mythicals, Paradox Pokémon, and Ultra Beasts that can spawn naturally; players can also summon Pokémon, encounter improved shiny odds, and earn experience for captures. Wild Pokémon can attack, while daily tasks, research tasks, and Pokédex progression provide ongoing goals; the pack also supports a 1,200-plus-slot PC for large collections. Battles and challenges include Mega Evolution, Dynamax and Gigantamax, Z-Moves, Terastallization, Alpha Pokémon, Primal Forms, custom gym leaders, trainer battles, raid dens, raid arenas, and boss events. Exploration adds Mystic Islands, a Legendary Monument with summoning structures, custom adventure builds, and structures with rare loot. Custom Fusions, Fakemon and Fusimons add new Pokémon, while crates, Pokémon skins and cosmetics, and armor and weapon cosmetics provide additional collection and customization options. The multiplayer experience includes a Battle Pass, CobbleDollars economy, competitive leaderboards, community tournaments, and daily events. Integrated additions support move learning through TMs, Pokémon tracking with CobbleNav, size variation, breeding, Pokémon-themed equipment, and decorative furniture.
Written from Modrinth and CurseForge . How we write it
The mods of its newest release (Minecraft 1.21.1 · Fabric, 18 Sep 2026). Each check result is for the latest files of that mod, which may not be the version in this pack.
Compared with the release of 17 Aug 2026 for the same platform, Minecraft version and loader. We do not compare the versions of the mods yet.
No harmful code found in the projects we checked
We checked 85 of its 88 projects and the files in the pack itself, without running them.
Why we show this: a modpack installs the files of its mods, and each mod runs on your computer like any program. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: a modpack has no grade of its own, and each mod's result counts in that mod's grade.
4 mods send something about you
We read the code of 79 of its 83 mods, without running it.
Why we show this: a modpack runs the code of its mods, and a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
AI used in 7 of the 79 mods we checked
We found an AI tool in them, or their authors declared AI content.
4 mods are not checked yet.
No sign so far that AI was used to make the pack itself
We looked for AI tools in its texts and found none.
We have not read its files and images yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
