About
Portal Gun brings the portal-gun concept from Portal to Minecraft, letting players place paired blue and orange portals to move themselves and other entities between locations. Portals are visible through to the space beyond, including recursive views of portals within portals, and have rendered borders and outlines that remain visible when obstructed while you hold the matching gun. Entities must physically enter a portal to pass through it, so portals placed on the ground can catch falling creatures; portals in floors or ceilings can also reorient the player's camera during transit. The gun can grab blocks, and crafting one assigns it a random channel with a paired set of portal colours; the creative inventory also includes shared Global guns named Chell, Atlas, and P-body. The mod includes Ender Pearl Dust and Mini Black Hole alongside the portal gun, and offers configuration options for adjusting portal effects and performance.
