    About

    Rad Radiation is a datapack-driven radiation mod designed to let modpack creators configure how radiation behaves and affects gameplay. Its data can target blocks, biomes, dimensions, entities, items, and effects by ID or tag, with optional conditions based on item NBT, dimension, or biome. Radiation sickness progresses through JSON-defined stages that can apply effects, change attributes, deal damage, or run commands. Players can use sealed rooms and shielding, Geiger counters, Rad-X, RadAway, and blocks such as redstone detectors, decontaminators, and absorbers to interact with radiation. Jade, Curios, and some backpack mods are supported, and the mod provides an API for addons.
