Bringing mana to the Spell Engine mods.
61.6 of the 68 points that apply = 91 out of 100. The points above are rounded to whole numbers.
RPGMana adds a mana system for spells cast through the Spell Engine, with attributes for maximum mana, regeneration, and spell costs. Mana can substitute for runes when a player has none, but players need equipment that provides mana before they can use it. Spells without an explicitly configured mana cost receive one based on factors such as projectile count and spell coefficient; spells can also gain extra damage according to mana spent in the previous four seconds. Players can exceed their available mana once, creating a debt that prevents further spellcasting until recovered, while the Borrowed Power potion temporarily permits casting at negative mana at the cost of possible magic damage afterward. Mana-focused gear includes treasure-found rings and awakened versions in endgame content, while enchantments add regeneration, increase or reduce spell costs, or raise maximum mana. Three associated potions offer different mana trade-offs: Borrowed Power, Magical Overdrive, and Magical Stability. A mana bar displays the resource, and an alternate indicator can be enabled when it conflicts with other GUI elements.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
Changes the game's code in 4 areas, as a library other mods build on: Mobs and their behaviorChanges 2 game code files in this area: mobs, animals, villagers, projectiles and how they move and act., PlayerChanges 1 game code file in this area: your character: movement, abilities, hunger and controls., User interfaceChanges 1 game code file in this area: menus, screens, tooltips, the chat window and the in-game overlay. and Inventory and itemsChanges 1 game code file in this area: items, chests and other containers, crafting and enchanting..
Adds 12 items, 8 enchantments and 1 key binding.
Counted from the names and data files in the mod, so the list may not be complete.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its texts, files, images and code history and found none.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
Point at or tap a version to see its loaders.
These projects do not work together with RPGMana (Mana for Spell Engine): their authors or the author of RPGMana (Mana for Spell Engine) say so. If you install both, the game can crash or some features can stop working. Some of them do the same job as RPGMana (Mana for Spell Engine), so you only need one.
