    About

    Small Boats adds animated, usable sailing craft with storage chests and features that make them behave more like working boats than standard Minecraft boats. The fleet includes the Elegant Punt, the Whitehall, and the larger Hoy: sails raise and lower to indicate speed, and the boats heel and shift their booms as they change tack. The Whitehall carries multiple passengers, while the Hoy has a walkable deck and a working cannon; the Hoy also needs at least two blocks of water depth to sail. The boats follow a crafting progression, with a Punt made from standard boats, sticks, and wool, a Whitehall made from three Punts of the same color, and a Hoy made from three Whitehalls.
