Snack's Traps adds more than 20 wilderness-themed blocks for hunting mobs, defending against threats, and setting traps for other players. Its Bear Trap snaps shut to damage and hold prey, and can be baited with Grass Bait or a Steve Doll; Wood Spikes damage entities that stand on them, while Tacks slow targets and break after a few steps. Spring Pads launch creatures that step on them, but when powered by Redstone they work like ordinary pressure plates; Quicksand looks like sand but makes those who enter it sink and take damage. Explosive Mines detonate when approached without damaging blocks, while Update Charges explode when the block they are attached to changes. The Net Launcher slows a target hit by its net, or places a net block when the projectile strikes a block; walking through a net also entangles and slows entities and can break their fall. False Floors disguise themselves as ground and break when stepped on, unless a player sneaks across them; they come in several varieties for hiding traps in a base. Electric Fences can be switched on with a lever to damage anything that touches them and prevent mobs from jumping over, while Redstone-powered Fan Blocks push mobs, players, and items through a three-block column of air in one of six directions. Cages let players capture and transport vanilla mobs, and the collection also includes Naval Mines that can be armed or disarmed by holding right-click.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
Not checked yet
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.19.2.
Its author does not let other sites download its files from CurseForge, so we cannot check them.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We have not read its code yet
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.19.2.
What it sends is not known yet.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
Made with AI: not checked yet
We have not looked for AI tools in it yet.
AI in the game: not checked yet
We have not read its code for AI yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
