ThDilos Fox Origin

ThDilos Fox Origin adds a fox-themed player origin for the Origins mod, built around fox-like behaviors and a broad mix of active skills and passive traits. Pounce launches the player forward and upward, while falling can increase both their attack damage and the damage they take; Hunt grants invisibility, highlights nearby mobs, and boosts attacks briefly. Fox Pouch provides a five-slot inventory that keeps its contents after death, and Foxify lets the player disguise themselves as a fox while idle, command foxes, and ride some entities, including players. Agility improves running speed and jumping and reduces fall damage, while the smaller size makes the player less noticeable to mobs at the cost of reduced maximum health. Foxiality brings permanent night vision when no torch is held in the off hand, friendly foxes, faster digging with empty paws, increased damage to prey such as chickens, rabbits, fish, and turtles, and the ability to climb powder snow by holding jump. The origin also has drawbacks: shields are unusable, heavy armor weakens the player, underwater air runs out faster, and wolves and polar bears can become hostile while predators pose a greater threat. Fluffy grants immunity to freezing but makes fire and explosions more dangerous and slows the player when wet; under cover while still and out of water, the player shakes off the wet slowdown with an animation. Timidity can cause fear effects near threats such as wolves, polar bears, Wardens, the Wither, or the Ender Dragon, with some fears easing after specific milestones; holding sneak can reveal a nearby source of fear. Unique Taste improves the effects of sweet berries, glow berries, and prey foods, while other foods are less effective; Fast-Paced pairs quicker attacks with faster hunger and damage that falls as the player's food level drops. A hidden sound skill adds fox noises and lets other players interact with the fox player, while optional powers include walking on powder snow, muting fall sounds, and being led by other players. Some origin settings can be changed with a Fox Setting Book, and server administrators can make permanent changes through the included configuration guidance.
