The Conjunction of the Spheres brings creatures, equipment, and alchemy from The Witcher into Minecraft, with in-game books explaining its monsters and mechanics. Its bestiary includes 19 monsters across the Necrophage and Ogroid groups, including Drowners, Ghouls, Rotfiends, Foglets, Nekkers, Cyclopes, and several kinds of trolls; they inhabit settings such as waterways, forests, swamps, monster nests, and underground caves. Monster nests act as slow spawners, while troll caves and forest nests offer loot-bearing barrels and the chance to encounter hostile or rabid trolls; the Ice Giant Cave is home to a boss whose rare Giant Anchor can serve as a melee or thrown weapon. New herbs grow across varied biomes, from Celandine in plains and meadows to underground Bryonia and swamp-growing Han Fiber, and provide ingredients for alchemy. The Alchemy Table makes potions, decoctions, bombs, and oils from recipes and precisely arranged ingredients; recipes can be found in chests or traded from Herbalist villagers, and an Alchemy Almanac enables an in-table recipe book. Potions offer effects such as Swallow's healing and Cat's dark-vision filter, while decoctions provide specialized benefits such as stronger attacks at full health or reduced damage in rain. A toxicity system limits potion use: toxicity builds as concoctions are consumed, then drains over time for potions, while decoction toxicity lasts with its effect; White Honey or milk clears toxicity and potion effects. Bombs add tactical options, including Grapeshot for destroying nests, Samum for stunning monsters, Northern Wind for freezing enemies, and Dimeritium for suppressing nearby magic. Monster oils increase damage against specific groups, and used concoctions and bombs can be refilled with alcohol at the Alchemy Table or by sleeping with alcohol in the inventory. Witcher-inspired gear includes swords with distinctive effects, a stronger but slower crossbow with several specialized bolt types, and armor sets such as Manticore, which boosts toxicity capacity, and Raven, designed for melee combat. The mod also adds a Herbalist villager profession and horse armors that improve performance in snow or resist projectiles and explosions.

Counted from the files of the mod. Content made only in its code is not counted.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign so far that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its description, files, images and sounds and found none.
We have not read its changelogs and code history yet.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.

Modpacks that include The Conjunction of the Spheres - A Witcher World in at least one of their versions, most downloaded first.
The newest file for each Minecraft version and loader. The files for recent versions come first. Recent versions: those released in the last 2 years, plus 1.20.1 and 1.21.1, among the most played in modpacks.
In the last 2 years, 1 release needed a quick fix: a new release within 3 days to fix a problem. This counts in the grade, but it is too few to lose points.
