    About

    Tornado Intercept adds two storm-chasing vehicles, the TIV2 and Dominator 3, designed to work with Protomanly’s Weather Mod and built to withstand tornado winds. You can drive the vehicles, deploy them for shelter, refuel them with coal or charcoal, and use features such as headlights, turn signals, hazard lights, and a handbrake. Survival depends on how the vehicle is positioned: uneven ground or wheels left unsupported weaken its protection, while facing the vehicle’s more aerodynamic front toward the wind improves its chances against stronger winds. The mod also includes a vehicle anemometer and a protective vest, and lets server settings change the vehicles’ wind-speed thresholds.
