Traincraft is a transportation mod for moving players, blocks, and items by rail, with more than 80 trains, wagons, and other vehicles to build and run. Its railway system works with Minecraft and Railcraft tracks and adds its own large switches, curves, and sloped tracks. For train operation, Minecraft Train Control uses transmitters and receivers to communicate speed limits, upcoming speed changes, stop points, and station stops; its braking curve slows a train as it approaches a lower limit or a stop, and it can intervene when a train exceeds its limit. ComputerCraft, and in some configurations OpenComputers, can connect train sensors and controls to scripts that display train destinations, names, types, levels, and IDs or set operating instructions. Wireless Minecraft Train Control sends control data from computers to trains without trackside control blocks, enabling supported trains to receive limits and stop instructions and, where allowed, to run autonomously.
Written from CurseForge and the GitHub README . How we write it
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.4.5 to 1.7.10.
Adds 45 blocks, 671 items and 178 sounds.
Counted from the names and data files in the mod, so the list may not be complete.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.4.5 to 1.7.10.
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends about you
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.4.5 to 1.7.10.
We read its code without running it: it contacts 1 web address while you play.
Like any connection, each address it contacts sees your IP address.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign so far that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its description, files, images, sounds and code history and found none.
We have not read its changelogs yet.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
