About
Unique Dungeons adds exploration-focused dungeons designed around traps, puzzles, platforming challenges, secrets, and worthwhile loot rather than relying on waves of enemies. Dungeon layouts aim to be unpredictable and use environmental and written lore to build atmosphere, while accommodating Minecraft’s building and block-breaking rather than disabling those abilities. Exploration is supported by an Adventurer villager, who trades useful items and offers dungeon maps as he levels up; a pedestal lets players give another villager that profession. The mod also adds special artifacts with distinctive mechanics, obtainable by completing its dungeons, and dungeon drops intended to help players progress further within them. Among its depicted locations is the Snowy City, alongside naturally generated dungeons and special blocks and items.
