Vintage Delight is a Farmer’s Delight addon that expands farming, cooking, and building with new crops, foods, and crafting processes, especially fermentation and pickling in the item-displaying Fermenting Jar. Its crops include oats for oatmeal, cookies, and granola; peanuts that can be roasted or made into nut mash; Nether-grown ghost peppers for pickles and chili; cucumbers for salads and pickles; and Gearo Berries from dark oak forests for jam. A magic peanut can grow into a treasure-bearing vine, which spreads lush grass across Farmer’s Delight Rich Soil; the grass also has a bone-meal growth system that produces a wider range of flowers than basic grass. Players can make jams from Gearo Berries, other berries, and additional ingredients, then consume them from mason jars, convert them into transportable bottles, or keep the jars as decorations. Salt production uses the Evaporator and supplies salt for recipes such as salted meats and fermentation, as well as for decorative blocks and colorful salt lamps. Cheesemaking adds cheese curds and specialized mold pans, while customizable chef hats provide a range of colors. The Vine Net can be placed at the top, middle, or bottom of a block, making it useful for treehouse floors or carpet-like decoration. The mod also provides compatibility with Create, Immersive Engineering, Galosphere, and Supplementaries.
Written from Modrinth and CurseForge . How we write it
Changes the game's code in 1 area: World generationChanges 2 game code files in this area: terrain, biomes and structures made when new land is created..
Adds 64 blocks, 82 items, 237 recipes, 11 advancements and 8 loot tables.
Counted from the names and data files in the mod, so the list may not be complete.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its texts, files, images and code history and found none.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
