See distant mountains and landscapes sooner when playing on servers.

Voxy Server Side Horizon helps multiplayer worlds show distant terrain sooner by letting the server prepare and share real Voxy level-of-detail data with players. While that data is arriving, clients can use the shared world seed and generation settings to predict an approximate distant landscape, including mountains, valleys, coastlines, vegetation, and surface structures, with detail increasing closer to the player. Predicted terrain can be cached locally, but it cannot account for player-made changes; as real server data arrives, it replaces the prediction, and the server can notify clients to refresh distant areas altered by building or terrain edits. Once an area has been explored or generated by one player, its real LOD data can be shared with others, while server owners can tune sync distance, bandwidth, generation, caching, and whether world-generation information is shared for prediction. A built-in area pre-generator can create real Minecraft chunks and Voxy LOD data for selected square or rectangular regions, reusing valid cached columns and allowing administrators to check progress, pause, resume, or cancel a task. With Xaero's World Map installed on the client, the mod can also write received distant columns into the map, extending its coverage beyond vanilla render distance without requiring Voxy for that map bridge. An optional experimental far-player feature can show players at ultra-long distances, and the same LOD features are available in singleplayer and LAN as well as dedicated-server worlds. The project is a community fork that adds Forge and NeoForge support along with seed-based prediction, local prediction caching, persistent server-side LOD caching, and built-in pre-generation.

Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign so far that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its texts, files and images and found none.
We have not read its code history yet.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
