About
X-Life brings the survival challenge of the X-Life SMP series to Minecraft, tying players’ maximum health to their remaining lives. Players start with 10 lives and lose one whenever they die, reducing their maximum health by one heart; dying with only one life left eliminates them from the server. The health bar changes color to show how many lives remain, and server configuration can invert the color progression or allow enchanted golden apples to grant an extra life. Players can also regain a lost life with the Extra Life item, a consumable that restores one life and one heart of maximum health, up to the 10-life limit. Server operators can use commands to manage players’ lives, with their maximum health and heart color updating to match the new total.
