Zoesteria expands world generation with eleven major biome types and nine minor types, ranging from woodlands and grasslands to alpine regions, wastelands, wetlands, dunes, and tropical areas. Its named landscapes include Northern and Southern Alps, White Woods, Snow Rocks, Sand Dunes and Sand Dunes Oasis, Australian Outback, Mire, Grassy Fen, Archipelago, Bush, Brushlands, Ghost Forest, Barelands, Stony Reef, and Tropical Jungle, with variants that change their terrain and vegetation. Biomes have distinct features: Wasteland Flats are covered in dead soil, while their grass-and-water oasis variant grows palms; Northern Alps rise above the surrounding terrain, and the foggy Ghost Forest prevents sprinting. The mod adds custom trees and plants, including Manuka and Bluff pines, oasis and island palms, pohutukawa, spinifex grass, and berry-producing bushes; some tree types have their own leaves, saplings, or wood. World generation also includes features such as villages in selected biomes, broken-down trade ships with chests in archipelagos, oceans, and rivers, and rock pillars in Forested Canyon Pillars. New materials and crafting extend beyond biome generation: vanadium can be made into decorative items and armor, while saltpeter fertilizes plants or converts dead soil to dirt, and saltpeter combined with sulphur produces gunpowder. A coal-processing chain produces Coke Fuel and Toluol, which can be combined with Nitric Acid found in shipwreck chests to make Trinitrotoluene for a more powerful TNT explosive. Biome weights, ore chances, and structure rarity can be adjusted through configuration, and an optional Smooth world type generates terrain with broader horizontal variation and fewer lakes and lava lakes.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.12.2.
Adds 65 blocks, 19 items and 47 recipes.
Counted from the names and data files in the mod, so the list may not be complete.
Replaces 6 of vanilla Minecraft's interface textures and 3 block textures.
No harmful code found
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.12.2.
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.12.2.
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its texts, files, images and code history and found none.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
