Survive a hostile wasteland filled with monsters, raiders, and demons.
Modpacks get no grade of their own, so we show the grades of its mods. Of its 45 graded mods, 22 are graded A or B, 9 C and 14 D to F. Its last update came out 6.5 years ago, for Minecraft 1.12.2. See the mods
Falloutcraft is a Fallout-inspired modpack that turns Minecraft into a hostile post-apocalyptic survival adventure, with the aim of surviving and thriving in an irradiated wasteland before confronting the demon lords behind Earth’s destruction. Nuclear war between humans and demon invaders has left the world filled with abandoned cities, raiders, monsters, demons and aliens, while the Overworld and Nether are substantially changed and additional dimensions are available to explore. Survival is made harsher by dangerous enemies, new weather effects and environmental status effects; players can fight back by crafting and enchanting powerful guns, melee weapons and armor suits. The pack’s creature roster includes Lycanites Mobs and Infernal Mobs, and its arsenal draws on Techguns and Spartan Weaponry for firearms and melee weapons. Exploration ranges across the urban ruins of The Lost Cities, the expanded Nether provided by NetherEx, and the Aether II, with Biomes O’ Plenty adding further biome variety. Additional survival and world changes include Tough As Nails, Zombie Awareness, Worley’s Caves and dynamic tree growth from Dynamic Trees.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
The mods of its newest release (Minecraft 1.12.2 · Forge, 10 Apr 2020). Each check result is for the latest files of that mod, which may not be the version in this pack.
Compared with the release of 9 Apr 2020 for the same platform, Minecraft version and loader. We do not compare the versions of the mods yet.
No harmful code found in its mods
We checked all 45 mods and the files in the pack itself, without running them.
Why we show this: a modpack installs the files of its mods, and each mod runs on your computer like any program. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: a modpack has no grade of its own, and each mod's result counts in that mod's grade.
1 mod sends something about you
We read the code of all 45 of its mods, without running it.
Why we show this: a modpack runs the code of its mods, and a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
AI used in 3 of the 29 mods we checked
We found an AI tool in them, or their authors declared AI content.
16 mods are not checked yet.
No sign so far that AI was used to make the pack itself
We looked for AI tools in its texts and found none.
We have not read its files and images yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
