About
AtomicStryker's Infernal Mobs makes randomly selected spawning creatures tougher and more rewarding by giving them Diablo-style modifiers. Modifiers can change a creature's abilities or affect its opponent: examples include 1UP, which lets it heal once at low health; Ghastly, which makes it shoot fireballs; Cloaking, which makes it invisible; and Storm, which calls down lightning, while Poisonous and Webber hinder the player. Modified creatures award four times the usual experience and drop a random enchanted item. The mod has escalating elite, ultra, and infernal tiers: only elite creatures can qualify for ultra, and only ultra creatures for infernal, with tier difficulty determining the number of modifiers, health boost, and drop quality. Configuration controls the odds of each tier and provides item lists for tier-specific drops, where repeated entries increase an item's chance of appearing.
