Mine Strike CS 2 is a Minecraft shooter modpack built around Counter-Strike-style team play, tactical gunfights, and custom battle maps. Players can take on raid-simulator matches, 1v1 and 2v2 duels, a five-player free-for-all, and 5v5 bomb-planting battles, alongside PvE survival modes where teams fight waves of enemies and earn better weapons as they progress. Its Rainbow mode draws on Rainbow Six Siege: attackers can fortify positions and block routes with furniture, while the opposing team tries to secure an objective or rescue hostages. The pack uses TaCZ for its firearms and shooting mechanics, with SecurityCraft fortifications and decorative furniture for shaping defensive positions and battle locations. It also includes a battle royale mode for up to 10 players and maps such as Italy.
Written from Modrinth . How we write it
The mods of its newest release (Minecraft 1.20.1 · Forge, 23 May 2026). Each check result is for the latest files of that mod, which may not be the version in this pack.
Compared with the release of 10 Nov 2025 for the same platform, Minecraft version and loader. Same mods in both. We do not compare the versions of the mods yet.
No harmful code found in its mods
We checked all 11 mods and the files in the pack itself, without running them.
Why we show this: a modpack installs the files of its mods, and each mod runs on your computer like any program. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: a modpack has no grade of its own, and each mod's result counts in that mod's grade.
Its mods send nothing about you
We read the code of all 11 of its mods, without running it.
Why we show this: a modpack runs the code of its mods, and a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
AI used in 2 of the 11 mods we checked
We found an AI tool in them, or their authors declared AI content.
No sign so far that AI was used to make the pack itself
We looked for AI tools in its texts and found none.
We have not read its files and images yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
