One Block Horror turns one-block survival into a psychological horror experience by combining the familiar survival format with hostile dwellers and other horror mods. Its named threats include CANTBREATHE, the Cave Dweller, From the Fog, Apollyon, Goatman, the Irritator, the Man from the Shadow, the Mimic Dweller, the Famished, the Knocker, the Man from the Fog, the Nether Stalker Dweller, Whispering Spirits, and Herobrine.
