A lightweight pack that helps your game run more smoothly.
Modpacks get no grade of their own, so we show the grades of its mods. Of its 16 graded mods, 14 are graded A or B, 2 C and none D to F. Its last update came out 6 weeks ago, for Minecraft 26.2. See the mods
Sodium Booster is a lightweight modpack for players who want smoother performance while keeping the vanilla Minecraft experience unchanged. It combines optimization mods including Sodium, Lithium, and FerriteCore to improve frame rates and memory use, with the pack intended to help on mid-range and lower-end PCs as well as during recording or streaming.
Written from Modrinth . How we write it
The mods of its newest release (Minecraft 26.2 · Fabric, 9 Sep 2026). Each check result is for the latest files of that mod, which may not be the version in this pack.
Compared with the release of 7 Aug 2026 for the same platform, Minecraft version and loader. We do not compare the versions of the projects yet.
No harmful code found in its projects
We checked all 16 projects and the files in the pack itself, without running them.
Why we show this: a modpack installs the files of its mods, and each mod runs on your computer like any program. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: a modpack has no grade of its own, and each mod's result counts in that mod's grade.
2 mods send something about you
We read the code of all 13 of its mods, without running it.
Why we show this: a modpack runs the code of its mods, and a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign that AI was used to make its mods
We found no AI tool in the 13 mods we checked, and no AI content is declared for them on Modrinth.
No sign so far that AI was used to make the pack itself
We looked for AI tools in its texts and found none.
We have not read its files and images yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
