About
Werewolfs and Vampires is a modpack centered on choosing to play as a hunter, vampire, or werewolf, with each class offering a different route into the conflict. Hunters can use a garlic syringe to gain immunity to becoming a vampire or werewolf, craft custom weapons and armor, hunt both groups, and raid their villages; hunter villages also have special villagers who help unlock content. Vampires can become one by being bitten and waiting for the effect to run its course, or by obtaining vampire fangs dropped by a vampire, then advance through a vampire altar that can be built or found in a structure. Werewolves become one after a bite and sleep, then develop their abilities by building a werewolf altar, collecting broken bones and livers, and gaining enough prey snatched value by killing mobs. The pack supports class-based rivalries and alliances in multiplayer, while its factions’ NPCs attack opposing classes but not members of their own.
