    About

Baby Animals and Rabbit model Backport is a cosmetic resource pack that brings newer baby-animal and rabbit models and textures to older Minecraft versions without changing the mobs’ behavior or code. Its baby models cover a broad range of mobs, including camels, hoglins and zoglins, polar bears, pandas, foxes, sniffer, llamas, goats, horses and related variants, turtles, striders, bees, axolotls, piglins, villagers, and zombie variants. The pack also updates rabbits and kits, and fixes z-fighting and pivot points in the original snapshot models; rabbit animations are unchanged, and model and hitbox sizes may not match.

Written from Modrinth and CurseForge . How we write it

    In-game changes

Changes 149 mob and entity textures.

Adds 5 mob and entity textures. In OptiFine's formats: 52 entity models, varied textures for 27 mobs and glowing textures.

    Security

    No harmful code found

We checked what is inside its files, without opening them in the game.

Why we show this: a resource pack cannot run programs, but its file can hide one. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade.

How we checked · The latest file checked, last on 16 Oct 2026
    • FilesWe download the files from Modrinth or CurseForge and look at what is inside them and what their code can do, without running them. Fixed rules tell what is harmful.

    Privacy

    Sends nothing

A resource pack has no code that can connect to the internet, so it cannot send anything about you.

    AI

No sign that AI was used to make it

We looked for AI tools in its texts, files and images and found none.

Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
