Dandelion X is a continuation of Steelfeathers’ original Dandelion, reshaping Minecraft’s visuals with a charmingly simple style and cohesive, restrained color palette. It retextures a broad range of blocks and items, from wood families such as poplar, copper and stone bricks to sulfur and cinnabar, alongside maps, tools, armor, furniture, and other familiar objects. Mobs and their equipment also receive extensive visual treatment, including baby versions of animals and creatures such as rabbits, cows, cats, wolves, axolotls, villagers, and piglins, as well as nautiluses, happy ghasts, and themed armor. Many textures have randomized variants or custom animations, while custom 3D models give features such as doors, trapdoors, fences, gates, iron bars, and workstations more distinctive shapes. Connected and overlay textures join compatible blocks into continuous surfaces, including stained glass, sandstone, logs, nether bricks, and vegetation; the pack also corrects visual quirks such as floating lily pads and oddly glowing unlit cobwebs. Vanilla-friendly custom item textures add axolotl buckets keyed to their variants and diamond or netherite swords and pickaxes whose appearance reflects their enchantments. Optional complementary packs add fuller, tree-specific leafy shapes, emissive ore textures with animated effects on valuable ores, pink or baby-pink cherry wood, and Fresh Animations compatibility. For shader setups that support LabPBR, selected blocks also have reflective or emissive materials and normal maps that create a more dimensional surface effect.

No harmful code found in the parts we could check
We checked what is inside its files, without opening them in the game.
2 of its files for recent versions cannot be checked: its author does not let other sites download them from CurseForge.
Why we show this: a resource pack cannot run programs, but its file can hide one. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade.
Sends nothing
A resource pack has no code that can connect to the internet, so it cannot send anything about you.
No sign that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its texts, files and images and found none.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
