About
Default 3D gives Minecraft’s default-style blocks and items three-dimensional models, with its High pack covering all blocks, items, and textures. The Low and Medium variants reduce model detail to suit less powerful computers: Low omits some block models and uses pack-specific models, while Medium keeps the High pack’s content but simplifies some models. Models across the Low, Medium, and High packs use smooth edges, making textures on adjoining model faces connect seamlessly. A separate Snapshot variant, derived from High, includes models for newer blocks and items added in snapshots; those models are exclusive to that variant.
